• "Products" refers to physical journals, digital downloads, subscriptions, and any other items available for purchase.

By using our Services, you confirm that:

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us. We may cancel or refuse orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

For orders shipped outside our home country, you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes levied by your country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once handed to the carrier, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at hello@whitemirrorjournal.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We do not accept returns on undamaged physical journals due to the personal nature of the product, unless required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded, unless the file is defective or inaccessible.

If applicable, subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

All Content on our website and within our products — including but not limited to text, design, photography, illustrations, prompts, copy, and the White Mirror name and logo — is the exclusive intellectual property of White Mirror and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any Content without our prior written permission
• Use our name, logo, or branding in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from our website

• Your journal entries and reflections stored in the app are private and belong to you

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
